Scope of application
The terms and conditions below apply to all visitors to this online store, as well as any purchase made there. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is mandatory to use this online store and make purchases.

The online store www.ecolove.pt and all its contents are owned by ECOLOVE SCENTSATIONS, UNIPESSOAL LDA. (ECOLOVE), headquartered at Rua Cidade de Setúbal, n.º 2, Alto da Bela Vista, 2735-192 Agualva-Cacém, with NIF / NIPC PT509142206.

You can contact us by phone, through +351 92 606 47 86, or by email, through ola@ecolove.pt. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. We are closed on holidays.
Accuracy and updating of information
We make every effort to ensure that the products, prices and other contents of this online store are always accurate; but it is possible that, due to causes beyond our control, such as human or computer error, it is not possible to provide any of the products requested by the customer.
If any product is not available we will contact the customer, and the customer will have the possibility to cancel the order, receiving the respective refund if you have already paid for it.
The contents related to products, prices, specifications, campaigns, promotions and shipping conditions may be changed or updated at any time.
Payment options
In this online store, it is possible to pay by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), ATM reference and MB Way.
Payments are processed through Easypay - Instução de Relógio Lda.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made within 3 working days, through the registered mail service CTT. If the recipient of the parcel is not on site at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a notice for pickup at the post office in the area. Failure to collect the order within the period indicated in the notice is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Cancellations
After payment of the order, even if it has not been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it.
Devolutions
Pursuant to Decree-Law 24, 2014 Art. 10/11, annexes a) and b), the customer has the right to return the products he purchased within 14 days after receiving them. To do so, simply contact us by phone or email within this time.
Products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, that is, under conditions of sale. If the packaging is damaged or the products have obvious marks of use, we cannot accept their return.
The refund process starts after receiving and checking the returned products. It is always necessary to put the tax number at the time of ordering to make the return or exchange of the item, because without it, no credit note can be made.
The refund only covers the value of the returned products, deducting the shipping costs, except for customers injured by the transportation or technical problem of the product, in which case we assume the shipping costs. The refund is made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the customer.
Customer obligations
The customer undertakes to provide personal data and exact address (es) for the shipment of the products he orders, and not to use false identities or provide false information.
In the event of any delay, impossibility, or additional cost in order processing due to incorrect or insufficient data from the customer, the responsibility will always be that of the customer.
Applicable law / Competent jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese Law and the parties elect, with express waiver of any other, the jurisdiction of the Cascais District to resolve any issue arising or resulting from this contract.
Update of these Terms and Conditions
Ecolove reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, the respective update date being published at the end.
